Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: 17 November 2025

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all payments, subscriptions, and credit purchases for NRev AI services.

1. Billing & Credits

  • NRev AI operates on a prepaid billing model.

  • Credits are applied to your workspace only after successful payment.

  • Payment receipts and invoices are issued digitally to the billing contact.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time by stopping the payments in the Payments Page
Cancellation stops all future billing, but:

  • Existing credits

  • Remaining subscription term

  • Any unused balance

are not refundable, unless eligible under the refund rules below.

The existing credits do not expire and can be used anytime with no expiry.

If you request immediate termination, your workspace may be closed within 24 hours and any remaining credits/time will be forfeited.

3. Refund Policy (14-Day Window)

Refunds are available only within 14 days of the payment date, and only if:

i) Credits have NOT been applied to your account

In this case, NRev will provide a no-questions-asked refund.

ii) Credits have already been applied

You may still submit a refund request within the 14-day window, but:

  • You must email support@nurturev.com to initiate the request
  • We will reach out through NRev Support to understand the reason
  • Refund approval is at NRev’s sole discretion

Refund decisions made under this category are final.

4. Refunds Timeline

Refund requests follow this timeline:

  1. Acknowledgement: Within 2 business days

  2. Review: Within 3 business days

  3. Processing: Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days

  4. Bank Settlement: Depends on your payment provider (usually 3–5 days)

Total estimated time from request → refund received: up to 12 business days.

This timeline matches the refund processing language in your Terms of Use.

5. Refunds When NRev Cannot Provide Services

In the unlikely event that NRev AI is permanently unable to continue offering the service, you will receive a full refund for the unused credits.

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Consistent with your Terms of Use, refunds are not provided for:

  • Payments outside the 14-day window

  • Credits that have been used

  • Service non-usage

  • Early cancellation

  • Duplicate purchases unless verified by us

  • Refund requests without valid identification/verification

  • Accounts terminated for policy violations, fraud, or misuse

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email:

Your email must include:

  • Domain or company details.

  • Reason for refund.

We may ask for additional details to verify the request.

8. Suspension Due to Credit Exhaustion

  • When credits reach zero, your workspace is paused.

  • Service resumes once more credits are purchased and payment is received.

  • Workspaces inactive with zero credits for 90 days may be archived.

9. Termination by NRev

NRev may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Terms of Use violations

  • Fraud or suspicious activity

  • Abusive or illegal use

Remaining credits and prepaid amounts are forfeited.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of Pune, Maharashtra, consistent with your Terms of Use.
